Hi! I'm Laurel and I started Laurel's Farmhouse. I love food! I am passionate about all things edible. I began my food career over 20 years ago when I worked as an overnight baker for Austin institution Texas French Bread. Thus began my career in the baking and pastry industry. My work took me from Austin to LA where I completed a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu to NYC and back to Austin.

I started Laurel's Farmhouse so that I could share my delicious organic granolas with others. It all began in my kitchen years ago when I became dissatisfied with the granola options in the grocery store. I wanted a breakfast and snack option that was organic, low-sugar, vegan and made with only quality whole ingredients.
